The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations related to the import, export, storage, and distribution of goods across local and international markets. This role ensures that all goods are received, stored, and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and freight arrangements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Track and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Handle logistics-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Assist in procurement planning and replenishment processes.
  • Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales and operations teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations (entry level may also be considered with strong academic background).
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
