Logistics Manager

Job Description

• Plan and manage delivery schedules for gas cylinders (filled and empty)
• Optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries
• Coordinate dispatch based on customer orders and urgency
• Track cylinder movement (full, empty, in maintenance)

• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize losses
• Ensure proper storage conditions for different gas types

• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations in Singapore
• Enforce safety procedures for handling, storage, and transport of compressed gases
• Conduct safety audits and training for drivers and warehouse staff

• Manage maintenance, inspection, and utilization of delivery vehicles
• Ensure vehicles meet safety standards for transporting gas cylinders
• Monitor fuel usage and operational efficiency

• Use systems like SAP to manage: Delivery orders Inventory tracking Goods receipt and dispatch
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Supervise drivers, warehouse staff, and coordinators

• Plan manpower allocation and daily task assignments
• Improve team productivity and performance

• Work closely with sales and customers to meet delivery requirements
• Handle urgent orders, complaints, and special requests
• Ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction
