Job Description

Role Overview
Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, overseeing inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and team performance, while leveraging systems knowledge to optimize warehouse management software (WMS) and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch across multiple facility zones in Vietnam, India and USA.
  • Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and shrinkage control.
  • Administer and troubleshoot WMS/ERP systems (ODOO), using database and IT fundamentals to support system upgrades, integrations, and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time, storage costs, and picking errors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, transport, and customer service teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Prepare operational MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BCA or equivalent) with strong computer/database fundamentals.
  • 6+ years of warehouse/logistics operations experience, including team supervision.
  • Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, MS Office/Excel, and basic database concepts (SQL/Oracle exposure a plus).
  • Experience managing cross-border or international warehouse operations preferred (e.g., India-Singapore).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Preferred

  • Exposure to programming/systems (Java, C, ASP.NET) useful for liaising with IT on WMS customizations.
  • Experience scaling operations or managing large-format logistics parks.
  • Knowledge / previous experience in Fasteners domain
