Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule overtime with operations and administrative teams to meet workload demands and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and allocate manpower effectively for stock takes activities to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Oversee container stuffing and unstuffing processes to optimize loading efficiency and maintain shipment integrity.
• Manage inventory flow and storage efficiently.
• Ensure consignments are completed on schedule by monitoring progress and resolving operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Over 3+ years of warehouse experience familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong leadership and organization skills with proven ability to manage teams.
• Proficiency in both oral and written Japanese is essential, due to communication and reporting requirements with headquarters in Japan.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
