Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution.
- Plan and manage logistics strategy with the company's trading operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage import and export documentation and ensure compliance with all local and international trade regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning in collaboration with procurement and sales teams.
- Develop and implement processes to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery times.
- Lead, train, and manage logistics staff and warehouse personnel.
- Handle risk management related to transportation, delays, and logistics contracts.
- Prepare and present logistics performance reports to senior management.
