Manage and optimise driver fleet operations and warehouse practices to improve efficiency and safety. Support revenue growth, cost control, staff training, and daily operational problem-solving to ensure smooth logistics and ground operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise a fleet of drivers and their routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement warehouse management practices that maximise space utilisation and operational effectiveness
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and managing costs to enhance profitability
- Communicate and enforce safety guidelines and protocols among ground staff to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in training new staff and conducting on-the-job training to build team capability
- Support resolution of daily operational challenges to maintain smooth logistics flow
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager to support operational needs
