Job Summary:
An opportunity to support regional logistics and inventory operations, managing end-to-end shipments, warehouse activities, and data-driven reporting across Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage import operations from Japan to the Singapore warehouse, ensuring compliance with shipping and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate outbound shipment operations from Singapore to various Asian markets.
- Oversee inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
- Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile inventory variances.
- Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports to support business and operational planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in import and export operations within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Japanese language at JLPT N2 level or above for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management, including stock control and stocktaking.
- Experience in sales analysis or inventory data analysis is an added advantage.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Chinese language for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
