Logistics & Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

. Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including freight booking, shipment tracking and timely delivery.

. Liaisewith freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents for smooth cargo clearance.

. Prepare and verify shipping and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, B/L and LC documents.

. Use SAP to manage inventory, purchase requisitions, POs and sales/service orders.

. Monitor stock levels, reorder points, stock ageing and inventory movement.

. Monitor warehouse space and capacity to ensure sufficient space for incoming goods.

. Manage regular, warranty, loan and rental inventory with proper tracking and documentation.

. Trackwarranty claims and coordinate with relevant teams.

. Maintain accurate records and provide updates on shipments, inventory and warehouse status.

. Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory and warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.

. Minimum3 years of relevant logistics, inventory or warehouse experience.

. Experience with SAP and inventory management preferred.

. Good knowledge of Excel and Word.

. Good communication and coordination skills.
