Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Store Coordination

. Manage weekly distribution from the warehouse to Singapore stores.

. Coordinate store returns (merchandise &non-merchandise) back to the warehouse.

. Provide weekly delivery status updates to Retail Operations and Merchandising.

Inventory & Stock Integrity

. Coordinate weekly cycle counts with stores and Retail Operations.

. Attend Monthly Inventory Meeting & ASEANIASM Monthly Meeting.

Regional Logistics & Compliance

. Manage stock rebalancing and transfers across SG, VN, AU, and NZ.

. Monitor incoming shipments for SG, AU, NZ retail stores.

. Coordinate deliveries to Singapore/Australiawholesalers when required.

Requirements

. Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (FIORI) is a plus training provided.

. Basic knowledge of retail operations andlogistics workflows.

. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners.
