Freight Operations Executive
Location: Opposite Kembangan MRT, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Established in 1981, we are a long-standing logistics and warehousing company providing freight forwarding and storage services across Singapore and globally. Our operations cover sea, air, and land freight, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics management.
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Freight Operations Executive to join our Singapore team. The right person will take ownership of shipments, documentation, and coordination with our global partners and local warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle import and export operations for sea, air, and land freight - including booking, documentation, and coordination.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customers, and transport partners to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, invoices, and customs documents accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse and trucking teams for container unstuffing, storage, and deliveries.
- Track shipments and update customers proactively.
- Support billing, costing, and administrative tasks related to freight operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Maritime or related studies preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Familiar with PSA Portnet and standard import/export documentation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication.
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple shipments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
