Job Description

Job Title: Logistics & Forklift Driver

Location: Tuas, Singapore
Transport: Free daily shuttle bus from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT stations.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling: Safely operate counterbalance and reach trucks to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Receiving & Inspection: Unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods against delivery orders.
Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, and stage finished products for on-time dispatch to customers.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts, maintain precise digital records, and investigate discrepancies.
Warehouse Organization: Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and strictly compliant with all safety protocols.
Team Support: Assist with loading/unloading trucks and supply production teams with the materials they need, when they need them.
Equipment Care: Perform routine checks and immediately report any equipment issues.

What We're Looking For

A valid Forklift License (experience with counterbalance/reach trucks is a strong advantage).
A commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern (state your preference for fixed day or night shift during application).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: From $2,300 per month.
Total Gross Monthly Potential: Earn between $2,300 and $3,300+, depending on your chosen work week (4, 5, or 6 days).
Monthly Allowances (Up to $400):
- Shift Allowance: $8 (Day) / $18 (Night) per shift.
- Extra Daily Bonus: $3 per day.
- Transport Allowance: $4 per day.
Annual Bonus: Performance bonus (1-2 months) + 13th-month AWS.

Choose Shift:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Overtime: Available for extra hours.
