Coordinate and oversee fleet operations involving vehicles, lorries, cranes, and construction machinery to support daily site activities and project timelines.
Plan and manage the deployment of equipment, transportation, and logistics manpower, including crane operators, drivers, and support staff, to ensure smooth operational execution.
Maintain accurate fleet documentation and records, including maintenance schedules, permits, insurance, licenses, vehicle utilisation, fuel usage, and downtime tracking.
Liaise with project teams, vendors, and internal departments on logistics planning, equipment rentals, repairs, invoice processing, and fleet-related operational matters.
Prepare operational and management reports while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and established operational standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in construction site logistics or fleet coordination and familiarity with heavy machinery, lorry, and crane operations.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
