Logistics & Fleet Coordinator (Construction/West)

• Coordinate and oversee fleet operations involving vehicles, lorries, cranes, and construction machinery to support daily site activities and project timelines.

• Plan and manage the deployment of equipment, transportation, and logistics manpower, including crane operators, drivers, and support staff, to ensure smooth operational execution.

• Maintain accurate fleet documentation and records, including maintenance schedules, permits, insurance, licenses, vehicle utilisation, fuel usage, and downtime tracking.

• Liaise with project teams, vendors, and internal departments on logistics planning, equipment rentals, repairs, invoice processing, and fleet-related operational matters.

• Prepare operational and management reports while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and established operational standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in construction site logistics or fleet coordination and familiarity with heavy machinery, lorry, and crane operations.

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
