Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the warehouse manager in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations.
Resolve issues related to transportation logistics, logistics systems, import or export activities, and customer matters.
Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluations.
Control warehouse costs for OT, packing materials, stationery, pallets, and other items.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure all warehouse equipment operates smoothly and safely.
Maintain workplace safety and comply with all WSH requirements.
Receive and handle payments from customers and drivers.
Prepare the monthly warehouse report.
Communicate effectively to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
