Logistics Executive (TSD)

Job description

• Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support Manager/Team Leader in powerpoint preparation.
• Job coverage during colleagues absence (buddy system).

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
• Experience in managing a team preferred but not necessary.

Budget: Up to $3.5K

Employment Type: Full-time
