Logistics Executive (Trade Regulations)

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to provide guidance and support on trade and customs regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with trade regulations and conducting regular logistics management audits and physical inventory inspections.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to the Singapore Department, Logistics Strategy Staff in Asia Pacific offices, and Affiliates on trade and customs regulations.
• Conduct regular logistics management audits and physical inventory inspections to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Support the i-TOP system project by providing support to system users in AP offices and facilitating the roll-out of the 2nd Generation system.
• Conduct pre-contract checks for new items and businesses for Singapore Business Departments and support Logistics Strategy Staff when necessary.
• Prepare and conduct training sessions related to trade governance and the i-TOP system for Singapore and Asia Pacific offices staff.
• Support digital transformation projects, update and maintain Microsoft SharePoint, coordinate annual regional meetings, and update trade and logistics investigation reports.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Stay up-to-date with trade and customs regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in trade and customs compliance or logistics management.
• Deep understanding of trade and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with logistics management audits and physical inventory inspections.
• Familiarity with the i-TOP system.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
