- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), Saturday (8am to 12pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of daily collection from customer premises and/or delivery.
- Resolving daily collection and/or delivery issues.
- Tabulate trip allowances such as daily job sheet submission.
- Conduct weekly toolbox and training session for logistics fleet.
- Perform cross training for team members.
- Preparation of documents and coordination in relation to maintenance of vehicles.
- Responsible for team performance and discipline.
- Act as backup for other Logistics Executives during their absence.
- Ensure compliance of documents, e.g. procedures, risk assessments.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess class 3 driving license.
