We are seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Executive to play a key role in the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure our products get from point A to point B efficiently and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the logistics process for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
- Negotiate and secure freight rates with carriers.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices (e.g., warehousing, transportation, inventory management).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent communication in both English and Chinese.
