Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Manage daily logistics operations for both import and export, including forecasting and full documentation support.
Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve operational procedures to drive higher efficiency and achieve cost savings.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare logistics freight and warehouse cost forecasts, conduct KPI analysis, and provide regular reports to management.
Compliance: Identify and determine correct HS codes for spare parts and machinery communicate with competent authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Inventory Control: Reconcile month-end inventory reports from the internal system against 3PL warehouse stock-take reports.
Financial Administration: Verify and process freight forwarder invoices to ensure timely payment confirmation.
Goods Receiving: Manage indirect material goods receiving (System GRN) for manufacturing spare parts.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment.
Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with trade and customs compliance (HS codes, import/export regulations).
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a significant advantage.
