Logistics Executive (Letter of Credit/ Custom Declaration)

• Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factory, Warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.

• Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions, insurance claims, COO, LC, and other export documents for shipments, SAP and Export Control.

• Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation for full set L/C, warehouse operations, and transportation management.

• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in process improvement, audit support, or system enhancement initiatives will be an added advantage.
