- Position : Logistics Executive (IOR/EOR / Pricing & Vendor Management)
- Location : Near Telok Ayer MRT
- Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3800 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for global shipments, including pricing and documentation.
- Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance and delivery.
- Verify and maintain shipping documents - invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin.
- Prepare import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients on pricing enquiries and shipment queries.
- Support pricing negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
- Source new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new partners.
- Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies across relevant countries.
- Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/export laws and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues such as shipment delays or customs holds.
Requirements:
- Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations is an advantage
- Familiarity with IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations is an advantage
