LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistic Executive tojoin our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating dailylogistics operations, shipment arrangements, inventory control, and ensuringsmooth delivery schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and permits
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
• Handle customs clearance and related documentation when required
• Follow up on delivery issues and resolve logistics-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations
• Support warehouse coordination and stock management
• Prepare logistics reports and update management regularly
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant logistics experience preferred
• Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented

You must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and theability to work well in a team.

Salary : $3,000 - $3,800
