Assist the Logistics Lead in managing the inbound and outbound movement of production inventory and project stock.
Validate incoming deliveries against accompanying documentation, update system records promptly, and escalate discrepancies or damages for resolution.
Prepare and support monthly reporting, including inventory updates, stock level tracking, and project storage status.
Ensure daily warehouse operations and activities comply with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Support and participate in internal and external audits, follow up and complete corrective action(s) as required.
Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives, including adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance and strengthen logistics operations.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, turnaround time, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational requirements.
