Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of daily collection from customer premises and/or delivery.
• Resolving daily collection and/or delivery issues.
• Tabulate trip allowances such as daily job sheet submission.
• Conduct weekly toolbox and training session for logistics fleet.
• Perform cross training for team members.
• Preparation of documents and coordination in relation to maintenance of vehicles.
• Responsible for team performance and discipline.
• Act as backup for other Logistics Executives during their absence.
• Ensure compliance of documents, e.g. procedures, risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Possess class 3 driving license.
• Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Able to work in fast paced environment Team oriented and dynamic.

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) Alternate Saturday (8am - 12pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate manages own transport
