We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Executive cum Administrative Support to manage day-to-day logistics operations while providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth office and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, transporters, and customers
- Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipment documents
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain logistics records, inventory logs, and vendor details
- Liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders, and courier services
- Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support purchase orders, quotations, and basic procurement coordination
- Assist with scheduling, emails, and internal coordination
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic data entry
- Support management and team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, admin, or a similar role (freshers may apply if suitable)
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (especially Xero)
- Knowledge of local transportation and supply chain practices
