Logistics Executive (CBD | Chemical) – 2 year contract

Responsibilities:
Order Status Management

• Monitor tolling purchase order in PETCEHM SAP (FANAE) system.
• Manually release PO and monitor order status.
• Trouble shooting for PR, PO and IDOC (interface failure if any).
• Responsible for timely order changes / update in system including price/qty/RDD date.
• Create, edit and monitor STO to Virtual SLOC.
• Timely execution of PGI and PGR for PTECHEM PO.
• Manually update Process order number and batch number in system.
• Monitor IDOC and manage process orders/inspection lots.
• Order status tracking (SAP EDI status) between PETCHEM and SHPP.
• Edit and monitor order TECO-quality assurance and UD (usage decision).

• Monitor and track inventory status for both PETCHEM and SHPP and ensure they are in -sync.
• Report to Planner pro-actively for any Inventory shortage.
• Stock takes (monthly) 100% Physical Inventory Count (quarterly).
• Perform Inventory Reconciliation and resolution. Follow up to perform inventory adjustment monthly and quarterly.
• Co-ordinate dispatches / OBD/PGI for any scrap sale orders.
• Maintain a check list and track PO & Material Receipt.

• Shipment arrangement and execution including coordination with internal and external parties.
• Liaise with internal & external parties on shipment status.
• Coordinate with 3PL on import and export declaration and required documents.
• Prepare monthly KPI report.
• Support cargo claims and complaints, follow up for resolutions.

• Prepare Monthly KPI Report.

• Document retention as per SOP.
• SAP import and export declaration shipping document upload.

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics orBusiness Administrative
• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in supply chain within petrochemicals industry
• Shipping & Logistics Operations and strategy management, warehousing management andunderstanding of logistics.
• Possess strong knowledge in SAP & EDI, import and export processes.
