As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage day-to-day site logistics activities to guarantee the smooth, timely movement of goods across the supply chain.
Maintain complete control of site trailer parking space and conduct daily master inventory updates to ensure full asset tracking across all operational yards.
Monitor GPS tracking systems across all company vehicles and trailers.
Conduct regular stock takes and physical inventory audits.
Track and schedule all vehicles and trailers due for mandatory inspections to maintain fleet reliability.
Enforce driver and site staff adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
Handle statutory customs declarations and address submission exceptions with relevant border/port authorities as required.
Coordinate directly with local port/terminal operators regarding site personnel and driver access matters.
Monitor overnight yard parking activity and track trailer equipment usage on-site.
Compile and submit accurate operational documentation to the Finance department for billing detention, overnight parking, and equipment usage fees to clients.
Track driver overtime hours and liaise directly with clients and drivers regarding billable overtime.
Requirements
Possess Minimum GCE O Level
Minimum 2 years of experience
