Logistics Executive ($3,800 / Logistics / Alps Ave) - ag

Job Summary:

. Basic Salary: $3,200 to $3,800

. Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alt. Saturday

. Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.50pm (Mon to Fri) and 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt. Sat)

. Location: Alps Ave (Company transport is provided at Ang Mo Kio / Yishun / Sengkang / Punggol / Tanah Merah / Bedok)

. Entitled to AWS + Variable Bonuses + Annual Increment + Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

. Oversees designated operations to meet Customer's expectations

. Ensure timely delivery and collection of cargo for Import and Export

. Coordinate with Export and Import on the next day schedule

. Assist in verification of vendor's billing invoices

. Participate in design and development of systematic and technical directions of vendors activities

. Issuance and tabulation of service issues and Transporter Corrective Action Report (TCAR)

. Monitor and track the Department's KPIs and process milestone

Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse management and vendor management
