Role Description

Lead end-to-end logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient supply chain performance
Develop and execute logistics strategies covering transportation, warehousing, inventory, and order fulfillment
Oversee distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers or partners
Manage warehouse operations including storage optimization, stock accuracy, and workflow efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators such as delivery time, inventory turnover, logistics cost, and service levels
Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve speed, and increase operational efficiency
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, sales, and operations teams to align demand and supply
Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse vendors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, shipping standards, and customs requirements
Implement logistics technology solutions such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transport Management Systems)
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or automation strategies
Manage and develop logistics and warehouse teams across multiple locations if required

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
7–15+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes
Experience managing warehouse operations, distribution centers, or regional logistics networks
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics platforms (WMS, TMS)
Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize cost, efficiency, and service performance
Experience working with 3PL providers and global supply chain operations
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under operational pressure
Knowledge of compliance, safety, and transportation regulations
Ability to manage large-scale operational budgets and performance targets
