Customer Service Officer (Logistics)
Salary: SGD 2,300-3,300 (Basic) + AWSLocation: ChangiWorking Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support ourlogistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will handlecustomer enquiries, coordinate job requirements, and ensure smooth execution ofdelivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and ensure accuratecapture of job requirements for all orders.
- Maintain good working relationship withcustomers.
- Advise customers on delivery schedules andinventory-related matters.
- Communicate customer requirements to the TrafficController to ensure smooth job execution.
- Create trucking jobs and monitor their progressto ensure deadlines are met.
- Source potential hauliers to facilitate theefficient reuse of import containers.
- Provide timely updates to customers regardingshipment status and any delays.
- Provide after-hours support for customerenquiries when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by theOperations Manager.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment andhandle multiple tasks. - No experience required, training will beprovided.
- Candidates with prior experience in logistics,transportation, or customer service will have an added advantage.
