Logistics cum Procurement Manager (Government)

Highlights:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Logistics and Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations in support of the RSN. You will lead a team of supervisors and logistics personnel, drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with defence logistics policies, and act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, vendors, and RSN units.

• Salary: $4000 - $5000
• Location: West Region
• Working hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm
• Benefits: Performance Bonus & Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage logistics support across multiple RSN units, including planning and executing support for events, deployments, and special operations.
2. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and logistics staff to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Oversee inventory, infrastructure, estate services, and equipment lifecycle management.
4. Coordinate with RSN leadership, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
5. Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements.
6. Ensure all logistics and procurement activities comply with security, safety, audit, and regulatory standards.
7. Manage procurement processes, collaborating with suppliers and contractors to secure quality goods and services at optimal cost.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and logistics systems (e.g., SAP)
