Logistics Coordinator

. Plan and design warehouse layouts to optimize space and efficiency.

. Manage warehouse documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.

. Operate and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

. Oversee daily warehouse operations.

. Analyze warehouse processes (receiving, handling, storage, and distribution) and recommend improvements.

. Update and maintain data using MS Excel.

. Report maintenance, improvement, or repair requirements to the supervisor.

. Perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, picking, and packing of goods.

. Report any warehouse incidents promptly to the supervisor.

. Ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards.

. Carry out any additional ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
