Job Description
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipment
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Prepare picking lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents
- Update and maintain data in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and internal systems
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport teams on delivery schedules and issues
- Monitor inventory movements including goods receiving, issuing, and returns
- Support packing, labelling, and order processing for e-commerce shipments (e.g. SPX/UPS)
- Handle documentation such as invoices, permits, and billing-related reports
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Billing, Operations) for smooth work
Requirements
- Singaporeans / SPRs are most welcome to apply.
- Min 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Experience in S4 & WMS function will be added advantage
- Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office
