Role Description

Logistics CoordinatorCoordinate the movement of goods, manage inventory, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient logistics operations.
Monitor transportation costs, handle order discrepancies, and assist with customs documentation.
Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
Supply Chain CoordinatorOversee the supply chain process, ensuring that goods are sourced, manufactured, and distributed efficiently.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to optimize the supply chain flow.
Manage inventory levels, track production timelines, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any supply chain issues or delays.
Transportation CoordinatorPlan, schedule, and coordinate transportation logistics, including selecting transportation methods and routes.
Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.
Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and vendors to minimize transportation costs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, resolving any transportation-related issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience:
Logistics Coordinator: 13 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
Supply Chain Coordinator: 35 years in supply chain management, vendor relations, or inventory control
Transportation Coordinator: 35 years in transportation logistics, fleet management, or routing coordination
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation regulations.
Proficiency with logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient logistics operations.
