Logistics coordinator

• Liaise with agent, suppliers, delivery etc.
• Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock point.
• No age restrictions
• Speak english, responsible and hardworking.
• Admin duties eg. filing
• Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis
• Prepare essential export documents, such as packing lists and weight/volume calculations.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and forwarder to ensure that all items are delivered to vessels on time

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the ship chandler industry will be an advantage.
• To work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic & motivated personality, able to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• None required
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry and logistics will be an added advantage.
