Purpose

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role works predominantly on the customer's account to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations and all deliveries entering and leaving the company, while providing best-in-class customer service at all times.

Main Role Accountabilities

General Duties

  • Perform receipt inspection and dispatch of cargo/goods in accordance with procedures
  • Load and off-load vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Assist with labelling, binning, and palletizing per customer requirements
  • Ensure vehicle and load safety before release
  • Respond promptly to customer and internal queries
  • Manage inventory, including logging incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain stock integrity and proper segregation
  • Conduct audits, stocktakes, and cycle counts (bi-annual or as required)
  • Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organised
  • Perform:Daily pallet safety checksWeekly racking safety checks
  • Maintain knowledge of transport laws, procedures, and restrictions
  • Liaise with Warehouse Manager on process improvements
  • Follow all defined work instructions and processes
  • Maintain inventory system (MIS) accuracy and stock control
  • Handle aeronautical parts and tooling with proper compliance
  • Perform dangerous goods (DG) storage and handling per regulations
  • Pack goods according to IATA and manufacturer instructions
  • Travel occasionally to:Seletar AirportChangi Airport
  • Support broader warehouse team during downtime

  • Ensure prompt order picking, dispatch, and receipting
  • Respond quickly to queries
  • Maintain professional appearance in company uniform

  • Share proactive updates on high-priority or high-value items

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in warehouse environment (preferably aviation/aerospace logistics)
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Forklift certification required
