Coordinate and manage fleet operations, including vehicles, lorries, cranes, and machinery at construction sites
Plan daily deployment of fleet, equipment, and logistics manpower (crane operators, lorry drivers, and support staff)
Ensure timely movement of materials, machinery, and equipment to support project schedules and site operations.
Work closely with project and site teams to support logistics planning and operational requirements
Maintain fleet records, including maintenance schedules, insurance, permits, licenses, and vehicle usage
Liaise with vendors for equipment rental, repairs, insurance renewals, and fleet-related services
Verify and process fleet-related invoices and coordinate with Accounts Department for timely payment
Prepare and submit logistics and fleet reports, including vehicle utilization, manpower deployment, maintenance status, fuel usage, downtime records, and monthly operational summaries for management review
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction site logistics or fleet coordination
Good knowledge of heavy machinery, lorry, and crane operations in a construction environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with site teams and operators
Familiar with safety and regulatory requirements related to site logistics and transport operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
