Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support sales team in ordering processing, work orders invoicing, job scheduling, follow-up order acceptance, and inquiries.
  • Liaise with customers and transporters regarding delivery/collection arrangements and requirements
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely
  • Key in cycle count details into company system and prepare accurate reports for Sales department
  • Perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations
  • Operate according to company's quality policy and in compliance to customer's service standard
  • Meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)
  • Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders
  • Exporting and importing documents efficient filing of documentation
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business or any related course
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain/customer service
  • Able to work independently and have good work attitude
