Job Description:
- Support sales team in ordering processing, work orders invoicing, job scheduling, follow-up order acceptance, and inquiries.
- Liaise with customers and transporters regarding delivery/collection arrangements and requirements
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely
- Key in cycle count details into company system and prepare accurate reports for Sales department
- Perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations
- Operate according to company's quality policy and in compliance to customer's service standard
- Meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)
- Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders
- Exporting and importing documents efficient filing of documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business or any related course
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain/customer service
- Able to work independently and have good work attitude
