Job Description

(West/ Up to 4K/ 6 Day Work Week - Saturday WFH)

Job Description

  • Daily communication with Site team on their vehicle order to arrange job order for IE vehicles (e.g. lorry crane/self-loader) and order additional vehicles from approved vendors whenever required.
  • Vehicle deployment plan sent out daily to group chat to highlight site and drivers on their job/vehicle details for the next day.
  • Arrange lorry & drivers for site team with transport.
  • Arrange for cover duties when drivers are unable to work for the day.
  • Arrange transport for storeman/drivers back to dormitory.
  • Arrange vehicle for quarterly maintenance.
  • Arrange backup vehicle for drivers whenever there is any breakdown/ repair work as well as arrange for tow truck service which may occur after hours.
  • Redeploy drivers to other works if their vehicle is under repair
  • Backup vehicle for drivers whenever there is any breakdown / repair work.
  • Re-organize vehicle deployment plan and communicate with site team if there is any shortage of vehicles from vendors or urgent material shifting during workday.
  • Plan and execute vehicle periodical maintenance with our mechanics.
  • Plan and execute vehicle servicing maintenance with our car dealers.
  • Plan and execute vehicle LTA inspection, ensuring they are inspected before due date.
  • Conducts periodical vehicle inspection.
  • Review annual performance appraisal with the drivers.
  • Meet company s compliance expectations.

Administrative

  • Plan and apply home leave for drivers.
  • Training/Course tracking: Ensure drivers/workers (including new workers) attend course training.
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Arrange drivers to collect or deliver materials / documents / equipment when needed.
  • Assist company in material collection or lorry crane support when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in coordination co-ordination work.
  • At least O-Levels and above.
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency (Microsoft Office 365 preferred).
  • Good organizational and people skills.
  • Well organised in planning and execution of work
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work priorities.
  • Team player, initiative-taking, result-oriented
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedure (SOP) consistently.
