Responsibility:
1. Responsible for monitoring logistics / the order delivery process and conducting data analysis, including tracking order fulfillment, consolidating response changes, and compiling order review timeliness statistics to support daily delivery reviews and efficiency optimization.
2. Carry out inventory health management, regularly analyze OEM inventory aging, defective goods backlog, and semi-finished goods stagnation data, and promote the identification and closed-loop improvement of inventory issues.
3. Coordinate urgent material production and inbound progress, monitor anomalies, and collaborate with planning managers to ensure the delivery of urgent orders.
4. Responsible for organizing and analyzing five-week plan accuracy data, assisting in root cause analysis of deviations and tracking improvements.
5. Conduct logistics industry insights and market competition research, and undertake internal department knowledge empowerment and training activities.
6. Other related tasks assigned by the department.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery, familiar with order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
3. Proficient in office software such as Excel, with strong data processing and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, possessing cross-cultural communication skills and able to work in a multicultural environment.
