Job Scope:
To arrange and prepare stocks in advance according to Sales Reps distribution plan.

⁠Issue stocks to Sales Reps at Start of Day, ensuring that the actual stock quantities issue tally with Sales Reps stock reconciliation report.

Receive balance stocks from Sales Reps at Day End, ensuring that the actual quantities tally with Sales Reps stock reconciliation report.

Receive delivery of stocks from external contract warehouse and stack/store them in a proper manner, practising FIFO inventory management.

Perform housekeeping duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a clean and conducive environment for storage.

⁠Assist in the organisation of market returns, manufacturing fault stocks, and stock destruction

Export data from system onto excel to do simple check on inventory return.
