- Performed inventory checks by counting and inspecting all incoming stock upon arrival.
- Reset all devices and ensure they are labeled and packaged appropriately.
- Enter all incoming stock details into the internal system.
- Performed routine stocktaking at different branch locations.
- Allocating and arranging the delivery of stock to different stores.
- Processed returns, sorted inventory, and managed stock regularly.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-order stock and confirm delivery dates.
- Maintain pricing fairness with waste cost reduction.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Logistics or related studies
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients (spoken and written).
- Strong administrative and detail-oriented.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems.
- Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
