Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Logistics Manager/Assistant Logistics Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.
- Oversee the movement and storage of goods in the warehouse.
- Ensure the smooth flow of goods within the facility, from receiving to storing.
- Coordinate production, sales, and warehouse stock requests, such as transfers.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Schedule drivers and warehouse staff for local deliveries.
- Maintain updated records of orders and suppliers.
- Responsible for stocking shelves, organizing cartons, and conducting inventory counts.
- Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck and forklift.
- Issue documents for local deliveries.
- Oversee all warehouse packing administration and documentation on SAP software.
- Update monthly packing details.
- Manage workers uniforms, safety shoes, and other necessary items.
- Develop warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and ISO standards.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or the management.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Candidate must be willing to work in Tuas.
- Good Command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with colleagues and external vendors).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Experience in SAP software is an added advantage.
