Logistics Assistant

Job Scope :

• Perform receiving admin function (GR)
• Perform receiving function (check against supplier invoice)
• Assist in MTS / WMS labeling
• Liaise with identified forwarders & suppliers for timely delivery
• Compliance to FIFO procedures, 5S & safety
• Perform GR in SAP independently
• Active participation in kaizen / productivity improvements
• Able to work with cross competency / functional team members and resolve issues using logical problem solving.
• Support API / cycle count activities
• Zero errors while put away to the warehouse
• Other Special assignments as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• GCE O / Nitec or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Mass Manufacturing experience
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge in Industrial Engineering & Lean Improvement an added advantage
• Able to start in a fast paced environment
• Able to start work immediate or short notice
