Logistics Assistant (Part time)

Period required: 20 Jul - 25 Sep / 1 Sep - 25 Sep

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and organize items accurately for shipment and delivery
• Assist with delivery preparation, dispatch coordination, and logistics support
• Ensure all orders are packed securely, correctly labeled, and ready for timely dispatch
• Perform quality checks to maintain packing accuracy and minimize errors
• Load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse or packing area
• Support peak operation periods with efficient packing and dispatch handling
• Coordinate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the work area
• Follow company procedures for inventory handling, packing standards, and logistics processes

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong focus on packing accuracy and quality control
• Able to carry and move loads when required
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, logistics, or delivery support is an advantage
