RESPONSIBILITIES
Physical handling of goods (parts / products) relating to retrieval, issue and receipt of goods
Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity of goods
Update and maintain inventory records in SAP systems
Trace, track and expedite purchase delivery processes
Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Interact with third party logistics service providers
Stocktaking and ensuring accuracy of all inventories
Inventory control, ensure sufficient stock level
Create packing lists/delivery orders and update shipment information in database
Organize files both manually and electronically
Monitor and facilitate repair orders
Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
Ensure that all items are properly numbered and labelled
Dispose of unserviceable or damaged items
Picking, packing and labelling duties
Manage Inventory room ensure good housekeeping
Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
GCE O Levels and above
1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
PC literate with good command of spoken/written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) or order management systems
Meticulous, well organized & good working attitude with initiative
