Logistics Assistant

Warehouse & Store Operations

. Support cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits
. Report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages promptly

Logistics Support

. Assist in loading and unloading of goods
. Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and logistics providers for
deliveries and collections
. Support shipping and receiving activities

Housekeeping & Safety

. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of store/warehouse areas
. Follow workplace safety procedures and proper material
handling practices
. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality procedures,
and safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Education / Experience

. Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, store, logistics, or
inventory roles preferred
. Fresh candidates with relevant training may be considered

Skills & Competencies

. Valid forklift licence (mandatory)
. Possess a valid class 4 driving license is required
. Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge of inventory systems/SAP
is an advantage)
. Good organizational and record-keeping skills
. Physically fit for lifting, moving, and handling goods
. Able to work independently and as part of a team
. Responsible, punctual, and reliable
. Attention to detail and accuracy
. Knowledge of FIFO, 5S, and basic inventory management
principles
