Logistics Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming shipment and perform good receipt into ERP system timely
• Perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments
• Perform monthly physical stock take
• Generate and update stock reports
• Compliance to company SOP and maintain storage area as organized and safe
• Liaise with different stake holders (internal / external) pertaining to stock received/releasing into/from store
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary education/ N-Level
• Relevant warehouse/store experience
• Basic computer literacy
• Preferred Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Responsible and ability to work independently
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
