Roles & Responsibilities
1. Stock Monitoring & Accuracy
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory in real time.
- Maintain accurate stock records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock.
2. Inventory Management
- Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate stock replenishment.
3. Data Entry & Documentation
- Update inventory system with receipts, issues, and adjustments.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
- Liaise with procurement, sales and logistics teams.
5. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory handling processes.
- Suggest improvements to improve accuracy.
- Help implement inventory control systems or upgrades.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management.
- Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
