Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Stock Monitoring & Accuracy

  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory in real time.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock.

2. Inventory Management

  • Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

  • Update inventory system with receipts, issues, and adjustments.

4. Coordination with Other Departments

  • Liaise with procurement, sales and logistics teams.

5. Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in inventory handling processes.
  • Suggest improvements to improve accuracy.
  • Help implement inventory control systems or upgrades.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management.
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
