Logistics Assistant

Position: Logistics Assistant

Location: Neythal Road

Salary: 2800-4500

Working time: Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm

Working day: 5 days

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in executing logistics and warehouse plans, including inbound, internal inventory transfers, and outbound processes.

- Prepare and process shipping documents, and verify invoices from suppliers and forwarders.

- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transportation of goods.

- Assist in the maintenance of company vehicles and operational facilities.

- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery requirements and documentation.

- Support sales and account management teams with documentation and communications.

- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Requirements

- Interested or having basic knowledge in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.

- Ability to perform the assigned tasks and complete them efficiently.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow operational and safety procedures.
