Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Logistics Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient workflow and inventory management.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock control.
- Conduct inventory checks, cycle counts, and quality inspections for incoming and stored goods.
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and support audit preparation activities.
- Adhere to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and participate in routine safety checks and risk assessments.
- Handle movement of goods including picking, packing, palletizing, and storage arrangement.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or quality issues in a timely manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and reach truck safely and ensure proper upkeep of equipment.
- Support maintenance and basic checks of material handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min High-tech/diploma in Logistics or relevant studies equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in warehouse experience.
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems will be advantageous
